Fair enough, but I don't have the technology, just bog standard excel stuff. Why don't you do it? I'm rather busy these days.

erm...Dudes uses Excel too. But the etch-a-sketch approach is good too.

So here's the deal...

There's these three brothers, Gavin, Rob and Dugald.

Gavin, frankly, needs to loose a few stone, pronto, or buy a new wardrobe. Rob is a caring kind of guy and wants to support his sibling in his time of need. And Dugald is a fat c*nt.

So, inspired by the antics of Dan and Pete over at Dudes With Moobs we thought we'd give it a whirl.

There's a few rules to keep it fair. Gavin is not allowed to give up drinking. Rob promises not to run more than 30km in a single day. And Dugald will stay off the laxatives and limit his onanism to reasonable levels.
