I think that the 'clinically obese' comment is slightly unfair, infact, I am offended to be classed as fat.......

Useful snap this - it illustrates Gavin's rather porky starting point, and at the same time, Dugald's Christmas target (now he just needs to specify the year).

So here's the deal...

There's these three brothers, Gavin, Rob and Dugald.

Gavin, frankly, needs to loose a few stone, pronto, or buy a new wardrobe. Rob is a caring kind of guy and wants to support his sibling in his time of need. And Dugald is a fat c*nt.

So, inspired by the antics of Dan and Pete over at Dudes With Moobs we thought we'd give it a whirl.

There's a few rules to keep it fair. Gavin is not allowed to give up drinking. Rob promises not to run more than 30km in a single day. And Dugald will stay off the laxatives and limit his onanism to reasonable levels.
